Chris Winters wants to restore a part of drag racing history. The former Modified eliminator racer wants to renovate the legendary Wayne County Opel back 
There’s only one issue. He can’t find the car.
“I would really like to restore it because it was a fairly historical car, ahead of its time,” Winters said.
